it's just a dream

1st place
The etude evokes experiences related to dreams and that part of consciousness that occurs on the border between waking and sleep. Two realities overlap here, one subject to the reality of sleep and inertia. The other, which reflects what resides in imaginations and dreams and indirectly guides the body. It is a dance that attempts to liberate itself from the constraints of dreams, yet simultaneously submits to their demands, perhaps even becoming more real than reality.

three breats

2nd place
An intimate story about the three stages of human life – birth, fullness, and transience – interwoven with a reflection on the randomness of fate. Inspired by the poetry of Wisława Szymborska, the performance reveals how fragile and unpredictable happiness can be, and how every moment – every breath – is a unique gift.

yesterday in another life

3rd place
The story of two characters who, despite starting new lives, carry within them traces of their earlier existences. When their paths intersect, they are plunged into the familiar vortex of struggle for dominance, position, and survival. Every movement becomes a clash of bodies and souls, a struggle with their own fears. Do they know why they fight? Can they see each other as companions, not adversaries?

Choreography and performance: Oktawian Kopczyński, Anita Boniszewska

interesting = everything x long

Audience Award
The duo tells the story of a shared shape, the joy of recognizing it, and the curiosity with which one can perceive its successive manifestations. They search for answers, allowing time, attention, and presence to give meaning to each gesture. It is a story about accepting form as it is perceived and the constant search for its new configurations. In the rhythm of movement, in the shapes and sequences of trees, the dancers discover metaphors for relationships.
